Pros

Managers are less "managers" and more "coaches," who want you to succeed in your role because they hired you for a reason. The office is nice, clean, and well equipped for everything you need to do during the day. They provide you with ample tools (computer equipment, coaching, and support from various company departments). They offer competitive salaries, commission opportunities are ample, health insurance is good, and they serve lunch and breakfast often. The company is still quite small and the CEO, CFO, and all leadership is very accessible.

Cons

There is not much diversity in staff and it can feel very "white male" centric at a lot of times. In most sales jobs it is hard to deviate away from what "traditionally" works, which is really centered around being a white, college educated man.

Pros

Working at Levitate you'll quickly realized that it isn't just about the work. The culture and crew at Levitate prioritize play about as much as work. The team at Levitate does an amazing job celebrating the individuals achievements to the extent that you feel like you're actually involved with the success of the company. In short I consider my time working at Levitate to be the best working experience of my life. And along the way I feel like I made some of the best connections and progress in the field which undoubtably has given me the experience to excel wherever else I go in life.

Cons

Just know that you are going to be working for a start up. with that comes high highs and low lows. it can be a lot of work especially on the closing side to keep the company competitive and the customers happy.

Good place to cut your teeth in B2B tech Income can be lucrative if you develop a solid process

Cons

Churn rate is decently high, but I’d say standard for entry level tech.
