Pros
They truly invest in employees and their well-being. I feel very supported here, both by my immediate supervisor and the entire leadership team. I'm allowed the flexibility I need to do my best work. There are also a lot of perks - health insurance, 401k, fun events, charitable giving, hybrid working, free catered lunch every day (with options for dietary preferences), and more. I like how they lead with customer empathy. It's amazing the level of care that is given to ensure customers are happy and the product is working how it's supposed to. They even will add a new feature because one customer asked. It's pretty cool to be a part of somewhere that's helping small businesses thrive like Levitate is. I also love how they give back to the community regularly - it's not just a PR highlight, Levitate giving back is at the core of its values.
Cons
I would say the only con isn't really a con, but just the nature of working at a startup. Things change rapidly and you have to keep up with the changes.
