Pros
- It is a great place to get your feet wet into if you can actually do sales - Catered lunch everyday - The product is really good and definitely is a great use case for small businesses - Relaxed schedule with a good balance of in office and remote - The dialing system is great and easy to knock out dials fast
Cons
- They are very unorganized and inconsistent whether it's product rollouts, metrics, what random percentage discount you are or aren't allowed to pitch - Capped commission and in addition they greatly cut the commission multiplier this past year (unless you are a Principal AE) and sugar coated it with a tiny bump in your base - Feels like sometimes they don't want you to succeed and grow cause they both can't handle the growth and don't want to pay you more - Metrics can be ridiculous and don't adjust to what vertical you are in - Can't prospect on your own, you can only call what leads that they serve in your pipeline which are ones we've called numerous times - 100% outbound, haven't seen an inbound lead in over a year
