      Great people. Family owned business for 110 years that truly care about their employees. Strong understanding of the marketplace. Growing company both organically and through acquisitions.

      Cons

      Like any other company, communication can be a challenge. Things have greatly improved and continue every year. No other cons.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
