Pros
A small company with decent engineering team. Senior and Middle engineering management tries hard to make the environment better.
Cons
Do not have an understanding on what it takes to develop a good solid system product. Team (or the lack of) is spread too thin. Everyone is just overwhelmed. Little or no appreciation from GM. GM or upper management does not seem to understand the importance of a good and effective engineering team. The Tualatin office does not understand what it takes to keep good people.
