      Family owned business CEO tries to keep some humanity within the business by providing employee with free lunch Wednesday during the summer months.

      Cons

      Local management has disregards to older employees and would rather operate the department as sweat shops , and preventing good employees from advancing imposing unattainable goals.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
