      They've gone global and have been doing well and they give the employees a bit with profit sharing at the end of the year.

      Cons

      You have to push hard to get promoted or noticed for the efforts you put in.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
