      Pros

      Leviton NS is a good company for someone that is a "yes" person. Managers and below are down to earth people. Great health and welfare awareness programs.

      Cons

      Leviton NS is not ideal for someone that is outspoken or think outside of the box. Senior management are slave drivers, lack conviction or vision, and are out of touch with day to day operations. No stability in any given department as personnel changes (people let go) are the norm.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
