      Pros

      One of few Long Island based companies. People are nice.

      Cons

      Too few levels within product management. Takes years to be promoted. People are nice but clearly overworked. HR completely disconnected to the needs of the employees. A culture of mistrust is throughout the company and starts at the top.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
