Pros
this is a company that is built privately from the ground up, it is well known all over the world and the people are very friendly. Everything they manufacture is backed up, efficient and guarantied. their product speaks for itself. Expensive a bit but all worth it.
Cons
Like everyone says, good company to work with, all are friendly and talkative on the U.S. side, but on the Canadian side is the opposite, with a few exceptions it is a dog eat dog. On the outside they would show friendly but on the inside, they cannot wait to discredit you. I worked there on the inventory and managed to bring it to a high efficiency and it brought me out the door instead of using me to better the companies efficiency.
