      - They foster an amazing work environment - There is significant room for growth and travel - Stable company with supportive coworkers

      Cons

      - While there is room for growth you need to pursue that action yourself. You must plan ahead with your manager significantly prior to sending your justification for the promotion to your manager's superiors.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
