      I can honestly say that I am very proud to have my career w/ Leviton!! There is so much recognition for your hard work, time & dedication. Within my 5 years with this company, I am on my 3rd title. Leviton provides many growth opportunities for you to be able to establish & better yourself! The benefits & paid holidays are absolutely awesome! Very generous PTO! Being able to work from home a few days a week is also a major bonus in my book! I am very happy & privileged to have found this company and met the people within it!

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
