      Pros

      Good people and culture. A lot of respect for 'off-time' e.g. they don't expect you to be checking email on weekends or vacation. Above average pay.

      Cons

      Management doesn't seem inclined to challenge employees, the work can get dull and un-engaging. Don't expect to be promoted quickly, this is the type of company people get comfortable in positions and stay there. Change comes slow if at all. Big company, you can get lost in the crowd pretty easily.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
