Not enough variety of classes

I was an intern in the athletic department. I loved the leaders that work/worked here. While pursing a degree in Sport Management, they taught me servant leadership, delegation, and how a healthy work environment should be.

The President’s leadership style created stress among the athletic department that was unnecessary. Respectfully, I felt that open discussion was discouraged, and having opposing opinions towards her own was a crime. I think my experience working at LC would have been more positive if the President was more respectful of the staff who operate the athletic department.
