Small feel, there are some nice people, great faculty

Cons

There is very much a high school mentality. Lots of gossip and backstabbing. Boss very controlling and manipulative. Not a healthy place to work. Also, if you are salaried (which pay is low) you are treated like it is a gift to you rather than you earned it. Leadership is no help if you ask for support with tough issues. No opportunity for growth. Not disgruntled just relieved to not work there any longer. There are far better choices these days.
