The college used to be a good place to work. However, things have changed; if you like to be yelled at - this is your place to work.

Cons

People leaving after 2 weeks, people being fired with no cause, being told you are stupid. All the while we become even more top-heavy. Can you explain why the Tribune (newspaper) has anywhere from 10 to 21 open positions in the help wanted?
