Hell - Anonymous employee Lewis University Employee Review

Where do I start? No one, at least no one I knew, was happy there. Full time tenured/tenure track/senior staff are fired or live in constant fear of firing for running afoul of the wrong megalomaniac. Lewis promises things that it does not deliver, then blames its people (including students) for not meeting standards or throws up its hands and cries poormouth. The IT department used to be good when it was run by grown-ups, but they decided it would be cheaper to have kids do it. Now it's a mess. Equipment never functions properly, and if you dare complain you WILL be blamed and punished accordingly.
