If you have the right bosses it is great. Parking is also easy.

Cons

Poor communication between bosses and their workers. Bosses do not inform employees of changes that directly affect them. The pay is also low. Administration is only concerned about saving money. They hire the cheapest instructors and let the higher paying and better qualified instructors go.

Tuition Benefit. After a year of working, you qualify for tuition benefit which allows you to get your master's degree for free. Great work/life balance.

Cons

Pension plan is failing. Cuts to staff.
