Pros

My boss is extremely flexible and I work with some really mature, professional people. Lewis has the feel of an old place with old traditions. But the leadership is making a good effort to stay modern.

Cons

Just like any other religious institution, there is a lot of politics and favoritism. But if you can work your way around that, you'll do just fine.

Tuition Benefit. After a year of working, you qualify for tuition benefit which allows you to get your master's degree for free. Great work/life balance.

Cons

Pension plan is failing. Cuts to staff.
