Pros
The mission that drives this company is amazing and it unites everyone to work together as a team to provide the best services we can to our customers (both internal and external). We went through a merger and spent 2019 integrating the 2 companies into the new Lexipol. This prompted us to update our values and vision statement to reflect who we are and where we are going. We have a bright future and I am excited about what we do and who we are. We have very caring team members who look out for each other and our customers.
Cons
With any merger there are always growing pains and we still have some processes and minor integration issues to work through. We are focused on our mission and providing impeccable service and solutions our customers want (both internal and external).
