      Pros

      Company values its employees. Compensation is fair. Flexible with work times. Work is important and brings a sense of fulfillment.

      Cons

      Frequent changes at the top meant frequent overhauls of work process only to reverse course with next management change. Some teams were less collaborative than others. Push to rush projects sometimes hurt quality.

      Thank you for your responses. Serving first responders is very fulfilling. We are always working to enhance and improve our products and services for the communities we serve and those we can positively impact. I will pass along the comment on timelines.

      Pros

      The people you work with are mission driven. Truly helping first responders.

      Cons

      1. Leadership not tenured long at all. 2. Leadership are not mission driven people at all but claim to be. 3. Lot of leadership turnover. 4. Became very political. 5. Everyone right now is CYA and brown nosing. 6. No job security at all. Will hire and fire without cause. VERY high turnover. 7. Companies reputation is going down. 8. They are eliminating sales people currently, so if you get hired as one, its temporary to build pipeline and close.
