Pros
Decent benefits and compensation, smart software engineers with a desire to innovate, satisfactory tools and systems for employees in most locations.
Cons
This is a 2016 technology company being run by a 1990's GE attorney. He has surrounded himself with a leadership team that are nothing more than bobblehead dolls, catering and agreeing to his every suggestion. He feels technology employees that reside anywhere but Raleigh, NC are worthless, requires forced distribution of performance appraisals and mandates that the bottom 10% are placed on written warnings every year (remember "Neutron Jack Welch?). Annual salary increases are minimal (2% or less, on average, for US workers) and the business isn't growing revenue despite all of the investments made in their products and systems during the past 5 years.
