Thanks for taking time to write your review. There are many good things happening at LN, which makes it disappointing to read some of your comments. LN is coming off one of its best years. We saw significant improvements in our products and customers continue to respond to us favorably. As a global business, we must adapt to changing customer needs around the world. And we’re making great strides in doing it. Our leadership has been transparent about our overall strategy for succeeding in the marketplace. Every market measure reveals that we must challenge ourselves to do things differently from before. It requires changes in technology, changes in skills sets, and changes in ways of thinking -- the old ways no longer work in today’s business environment. While not everyone will agree on any given approach, we have a strong leadership team in place that’s moving us forward and achieving great results for our customers and employees worldwide. Our strength as a company is rooted in the character and uniqueness of our people. As you point out, we are fortunate to have talented people across the organization that contribute to a collaborative and professional work environment. We continue to invest in employee training and improve communication about every facet of our work. In a perfect world everyone would join us on this journey. Many people choose not to continue forward. And unfortunately, we are unable bring everyone along.
