ALL of their software, servers, etc. are BROKEN. The SMEs who worked on them have retired and were NOT replaced. Middle management blames the rank and file for system failures, so they do not get in trouble with upper management. Speaking of system failures, (depending on your position) you may be called up on in the middle of the night to fix job failures. I repeat: you may have to work IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT (without additional compensation) to fix something that the company should have fixed years ago.
