Cons
Too many...Challenge is 1. India Managers are technically weak except some...with the new leadership in place, it is more patetic..there is a 'ye sir' culture here 2. Respect for women is lacking...People coming out of paternity are being looked as if they were paid free for 6 months... 3. All the managers are here for long with no movement...their mentality is also not surprisingly pitiful. Other than making people look bad and smoking they have no work. 4. HR is just a piece of wood-work...all driven by managers 5. There are many cases of girls being harassed. I have faced it and many do but cannot complain because HR gives a different color. Surely no one cares to correct this. I left the company because of harassment and non-cooperation from HR.
