Pros

- Worldwide organization - Good benefits - Decent work-life balance (although this varies depending on roles) - Brand recognition - Good technology, whether HW or SW.

Cons

- Numerous acquisitions over the past 5 years made the business grow too quick with no proper amalgamation of the added products - Broken processes - Still perceived as a printer company, regardless of software acquisitions - Sweet spot is letter-size devices, we're often 'complimentary' to the big guys (Canon, Xerox, etc) - Approach to business is more and more granular, enforcing micro-management - Our 'Edge' got diluted in the priority to make money and yield dividends - Recent direction to look for "strategic alternatives" provides no clear vision of the future and a very awkward atmosphere between employees.

Pros

Solid software team working with modern frameworks in the cloud. Products are simple but have complex and unique scaling needs across printer fleets and print release. Great people, even able to make long time friends.

Cons

Leadership is risk adverse. Coming from hardware their release processes can be burdensome and overly cautious. Innovation stagnates due to this but also, layoffs are a common place which creates concern and risks each year.
