Able to work with a hardworking diverse and down to earth team members. Managers are supportive and understanding. A focus on keeping the operation running smoothly and allows Sales Associates to really interact with the customers. A wide range of customers from all around the globe visit.
Cons
High turn over rate due to little upward mobility. Inconsistencies in company policies as well as implementation of policies. This makes many aspects of the job very difficult and frustrating. Every manger has a different interpretation of the rules and policies. mental trauma and suffering In terms of organization of the company and expectations of the sales associates are always changing. In terms of stock everything is handled manually once it enters the store (associates have no way of having a definitive knowledge of stock levels). Everything is done entirely visually and their is no cross integration between the shop floor and the E-Commerce side of the business. Associates have no way of knowing what customers are viewing on the website and how the products may differ between the shop floor and website.
