My experience at Liberty was unfortunately far from positive. The work environment was extremely demanding, with managers who, rather than offering support, added to the stress through lack of guidance and unreasonable expectations. Many mid-level people/ managers exhibited unconscious bias, undermining professional contributions to deflect from their own challenges in meeting company targets and KPIs. the team—primarily composed of women—displayed jealousy and competitiveness, leading to a lack of cooperation. It was a disheartening environment where professional worth was not valued, making it challenging to feel supported or motivated.
