      great team dynamics. I was blessed with a solid and supportive supervisor.

      Cons

      far, far too much work. The claim record keeping system is not remotely user friendly. There was a need to dulicate work to make it possible for supervisors to read files efficiently.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
