      Work can be flexible and adapt to hour own lifestyle.

      Cons

      At the adjuster level there is an extremely high turnover. Leadership is aware of this but refuses to adapt workloads or implement a more structured and efficient training. Leaders are pressured to put people on performance plans soon after they are hired.

      Pros

      They still care about DEI.

      Cons

      Mgmt micromanages to extremes. They have performance metrics that are not in writing anywhere and are completely subjective so if a manager doesn't like you, they just score you low. They have introduced countless processes and templates which increase time needed to work on a claim but have done nothing to lower the amount of claims you're expected to handle. Seriously, run away from this place like all the adjusters are trying to!
