Pros
The benefits are unparalleled, I feel valued and appreciated every day, and I find the work environment motivating, because results are acknowledged. Liberty is also walking the walk with helping people upskill as we incorporate new technologies into the business, and also when it comes to building a culture of belonging where people can bring their full selves to work.
Cons
There has been significant transformation and outsourcing across the company that has perhaps neccessary but was difficult to go through as an employee.
