      Pros

      Salary is more than most firms on the defense side. Still have to keep track of your time which is nonsensical for a staff counsel office

      Cons

      High file count considering complexity of some files. We handle complex construction, product liability with file counts in the 70s. It's not sustainable

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
