Pros

Monday thru Friday day shift

Cons

Under paid, impossible work load. They play favorites. if you don't openly advocate and support the social-political ideology they will sabotage you. You will be given more work a less support than the people who loudly support and align with this ideology. I sat in a multi-team meeting about DEI (which I support)with about 50 other employees. At the end of the class 2 of us were singled out and had been assigned a high privilege score. We then were asked to either read a statement to the group acknowledging our privilege or accept another meeting with management personally where we would be asked to sign some documents acknowledging our refusal to suport DEI... and likely get walked out the door.

Pros

Work from home, only in office twice a month

Cons

-Extremely high paced -Too many claims. Caseload is way too big. -Super stressful having to deal with customers. A lot of them don’t understand insurance or what their policy covers so you will constantly deal with pissed off uninformed insureds -metrics are unrealistic and unattainable. You need to have a 98% answer rate but at the same time you have a million cases and people calling you constantly so this is impossible to achieve. On top of that you have to actually document and determine liability. -Awful work life balance
