      Very friendly environment, Claims manager has an open door policy- he is kind and fair. They give you may days to take off. There are many opportunities for growth if you are working under a team manager that cares.

      Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

      Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
