Pros
good place to gain experience for career in insurance and the health benefits and 401 match are a plus, however, as much as Liberty touts the premise that it does not want employee turnover, their actions say otherwise. Best to utilize this company for experience, then move on to a company which values their employees. Very low percentage of long term sales reps, and this occurs for a reason.
