      Work from home Salary is okay starting

      Cons

      The most disorganized company I've ever worked for. Stressful work environment. Lackluster training. Was originally working under LM now with SAFECO and it's been a disaster. Save yourself and don't apply. I regret leaving my last job where I actually had good benefits. The medical here is a joke and is only getting worse.

      Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

      Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
