Pros
Great work/life balance. Used to have awesome benefits and programs that employees loved. Working on becoming a top company for customer satisfaction.
Cons
Moving to high cost health care. Moving to common work areas where employees are piled on top of one another. Very very slow to get anything done. A VERY passive aggressive work environment. If you like direction, getting things done, and don’t like getting stabbed in the back all of the time, this is not the place for you. If you want a “participation trophy” and a pat on the back for just showing up to work, apply today.
