      Pros

      Pay is better than most. There are many high quality people at Liberty.

      Cons

      This is favoritism and false judements made on other employees. Young and tall are preferred. Many departments have reverse discrimination (males, etc). Managers are trained to use employees weaknesses.

      Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

      Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
