      - Has a Good Work Life Balance - Salary is ok compared to external opportunites

      Cons

      - Management does not invest development time in Employees - Old School management mentality that restricts advancement for employees who display talent for the work. - The Current grade of employee factors into any interview process. - Employees have no say at all in year end performance scores (Bonus, Yearly Raises and promotions are based on this score) - The Yearly Performance Objectives are extremely vague and managers do not keep up with/check in until the year is over. - Hard to get promoted due to Old School Mentality and Politics

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
