Liberty Mutual has made improvements to being the company into one culture and drive one company focus for growth. The company offer very fexible in the work schedule for many employees.
Cons
They have put together many companies to grow the business. Each business has different company cultures that do not blend well together. The direction of the independent business was quiet different from the large corporate structure. Career opportunties are more one demensional.
