Pros
A nice Company to work for. Friendly people and generally a good working environment. A great location. They seem to be on the ball as far as the latest technology and industry standards are concerned.
Cons
Very top heavy on management. Getting anything done requires a committee. Which often leads to political infighting within or between the departments or division, it can be exhausting trying to get ownership or sign off on anything.
