      Flex work arrangements, free coffee.

      Cons

      You can only advance in the company if you are in HR's target group to advance. If you're not in that group, regardless of how much experience you have, they'll bend over backwards to find a way to pass you over. Extremely biased hiring practices.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
