This company has your back. You feel supported and encouraged, no matter what you are going through in your work or personal life. Management is approachable and want to hear what you have to say. Benefits packages (insurance, 401k, pension, etc) are GREAT. Entry level pay is very competitive. Plenty of opportunity to move up and to other areas within the company.
Cons
Some roles within the company, especially entry level, get your foot in the door type positions can be brain numbingly boring. Very repetitious. Have to remind yourself daily that the benefits and pay are worth the boredom.

Pros
Great work culture
Flexible schedule
No overtime
Good career opportunities
Cons
If working a technical position, they pay less than average
Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.
Cons
Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
