      * Uneducated managers * Back stabbing co-workers, who are always jealous of your hard work and sucess * Environment of fear and intimidation * Poor support from management * Management thinks you are doing something wrong when you are making your numbers, then they get their stool pigeons to spy on your work * Claims to be the "responsible" insurance company, but hassels clients when they make a claim

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
