      Great work-life balance with provided flex-hours and working from home days. Great work culture atmosphere.

      Cons

      Too many changes in certain departments with Management and these changes are not transparent to the team.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
