Pros

Decent 401k. Many positions have flexible work arrangements. They used to be a good, positive company and may be able to get there again.

Cons

Employees are not trusted and treated like commodities. Negative culture. Political atmosphere. Favorites stay and do nothing with no consequences. Top performers are overworked to make up for it. Raises are unfair and the basis for them are difficult to make sense of. Promotions are almost non-existent, even for top performers. They only promote yes-men who are zombies to the Liberty culture. Benefits dropping constantly. Downsizing and laying off randomly. No real positive direction for this company.

Pros

Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

Cons

Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
