      Flexible with time. But each office is run based upon it's local manager. This means if they want you in the office, then your in the office. Other managers let you do what you want.

      Local rizona Upper management has not adjusted to the modern day.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
