Pros

Work from home available - good home/life balance. Pay for Performance - your performance grade and pay are linked to a continuum to show where your pay should be. 3 weeks vacation to start. Bonus awarded yearly based on your and the companies results.

Cons

Hard to get promoted - they usually wait for an opening at the next level before promotions are done. If no one moves up or out they can be hard to get.

Pros

Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

Cons

Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
