      The salary was competitive, enough to poach me.

      They recruited me from another job and by the time I got there, they changed their minds and offered me one month severance until I had to pay a lawyer to write a couple letters to get 1 year.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
