      Good pay for amount of responsibility, friendly environment, good benefits, work life balance, respect for others at the office place

      Not as easy to move upward, even with good and hard work, management doesn't always see the full picture of the employee

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
